Buying organic can often be cost prohibitive. Believe me, I get it. We always buy organic when it comes to milk, but we pick and choose with everything else based on price and quality of what is available. Fort Worth has not quite caught up with green/organic trend. It is hard to eat all organic when budgets are tight. But this chart makes me more determined to swap out our conventional spinach and tomatoes with the organic versions no matter what. Look at those iron numbers!
