We kicked this weekend off right. My mom came into town for the day and we had so much fun... shoe shopping, an Italy inspired lunch of olives, cheese, bread, and salami, a little pecan picking, brainstorming of menu ideas for an upcoming party, and some good old fashioned catching up on gossip.
Tomorrow we are excited to meet up with our friends in town from Alabama, let babies play together, and enjoy this amazing Texas fall weather. And then, the best part of the weekend comes! Date night with my guy. So excited!
Sunday morning will be lazy with a great homemade breakfast followed by a family trip to the playground where Little B can show off her climbing skills. And then that evening, we are off to a fancy dinner with one of David's clients.
This is gonna be a great weekend!
