We have been very busy around here. Lots of life changing stuff happening. Can't give too many details right now but hopefully soon. Until then, I ask you for happy good luck thoughts.
Because this week is so crazy, I need easy, quick food all week long. Can't be too fancy, the leftovers need to be delicious, and I need to be sure that the all-of-a-sudden-picky toddler will eat it. So here's what I am planning:

- Monday: Grilling out with friends
- Tuesday: Tacos with beans
- Wednesday: Hamburgers, grilled corn and tomato salad
- Thursday: Mole chicken (homemade almond mole from my mother in law - yum!)
- Friday: Grilled pizzas
