It has been so dreary and cold here for about a week now and I am still liking it - this forced hibernation. My time has been spent finishing up random projects around the house, making banana bread, sipping on blueberry tea, sitting on the floor playing with puzzles with Little B, and catching up on our Netflix queue. It has been nice.
But I can tell that pretty soon, cabin fever is going to hit us like a punch in the face. One little native is getting especially restless. She is aching to go play outside where she can marvel over an acorn or laugh at leaves. Soon, soon.
For now, I am content to just snuggle up against her warm chubby body.
