We are hitting our rhythm with our CSA. This week we got swiss chard, pea tendrils, green onions, tomatoes, a beet and some strawberries. Yum! And don't forget, this is actually only half of our week's box. The other half is being devoured just down the road. Not too shabby, huh?
The pea tendrils are something new for me. I never thought about eating baby pea vines. Apparently they are so tender that you can just drop them in a salad or serve them as a bed of greens under fish. I am excited to try them.
