This week is all about getting back to the comfort of a routine. And in my house, having a battle strategy when it comes to our meals makes me feel more relaxed and happy, knowing that we will be fueling our bodies with healthy food that tastes delicious.
So here's the plan...

- Tuesday: Cajun catfish, spicy sweet potato fries, salad
- Wednesday: Chicken penne pasta with almond sauce
- Thursday: Grilled pizzas
- Friday: leftovers
