Cookbook Craze

Two cookbooks that I had reserved at the library have finally come through... so I am cookbook heaven with these two beauties - The Farm Chicks in the Kitchen and A Homemade Life: Stories and Recipes from my Kitchen Table.

So far I am loving both of these books for the recipes of course, but also the stories.  The authors have fascinating lives and there is usually a story behind each recipe.  I love that.

Now, the downside of being cookbook heaven is that it makes me very hungry.  I have been thinking about the Farm Chick's Enchilada Soup all day!
